-Create account vs. register now

-May not need privacy

2^nd Page “Teacher Account Creation Page”

-Password strength, have mouse over describing what it means.

-Format of username

-Minimum character length of 6

-Secret question examples include pet, maiden name, and city born in

3^rd Page “Student Account Creation Page”

-Personal information on separate page than username and password fields

-Submit/continue button

-May have first and/or last name optional.

-Database must have list of emails to send to people. Otherwise teacher would have to manually send out emails with invitation to students.

-Connection with Banner database? If there is no access to Banner, then no stratification of emails sent out to students. All stratification would take place after the survey is taken or part of the survey through a combination of filter fields that the student would have to fill out.

-Anonymous account for student maybe as optional.

-Profile for student is not needed due to privacy concerns from student’s perspective.
